Yoohoo! Remember me?

Yes it's me, Jo Lynn. Sorry about not making an appearance on your blog, or mine, for the past few days. I do have a good reason:

I was on the most awesome vacation EVER!
I was sure, before I went, that I would have plenty of time in the evening to catch up on my blogging activities. I wrong WRONG!
The only time I was in my room was in the morning when I threw on my suit (or golf clothes), slammed a cup of coffee and headed out to meet friends for breakfast and begin a fun-filled day. Or, I was getting ready for an evening out with friends. OR, dragging my tired butt over to the bed so I could crash for the night and do it all over again the next morning. I seriously didn't have any energy left over for sitting with a laptop in front of me. Isn't that great? LOL
The only exercising I did was: Pilates at 8:00 on Tuesday morning, on the boardwalk with the ocean under me and 30 minutes on the stationary bike with 30 minutes on the treadmill on Wednesday. That was it. Well, besides three rounds of golf but I don't really consider that exercise.
I tried to eat "healthy" but had major issues when it came to the sweets. UGH! Like that was any surprise though, right? Since it is "all-inclusive", you don't pay for any food or drinks. As we all know, I don't drink alcohol so I did stick with hydrating fluids such as fresh fruit flavored water or seltzer water with lime. Until the last day. Then I started drinking the virgin Pina Coladas and Daiquiris. You know, those sugar filled drinks. The ones that fill you up and bloat your tummy. I was afraid to step on the scale this morning but I'm pretty sure I have gained close to five pounds. Whatever! It will come off in the next few days.
A bus picked us up from the resort at 9:00 yesterday morning and we didn't arrive SFO until 11:20 last night. It was a LONG travel day for us. One flight from Montego Bay to Miami and a delayed flight from Miami to SFO. Sara and Loren brought Boomer to the airport to pick us up. I was so happy to see him there.
This morning I have been trying to schedule jobs for Keith. Everybody wants their work done yesterday (and unfortunately, we were out of the country). ;) There are not enough days open for the amount of jobs that need to be scheduled.
Also, Keith had to take care of a major plumbing issue we had in our front yard this morning. :-/
I think I need another vacation.
I took a ton of pictures. I will have to organize them and see which ones are worth posting. I also need to find my camera cable, that would help.
I have my sprint triathlon Saturday. I should probably try to get some swimming, biking, and running in between now and then, eh?
Until later.............

I'm very glad to hear you had a wonderful trip and that you're back home!

I wouldn't be on the computer, either! All inclusive sounds like my kind of vacation!
