I mean, I wear a 38 (I think) in swimsuits, and um, that's not my bra size. I agree that you will definitely be able to figure out how to get back out there at some point.

Nice job swimming! And um, I am with you 100% about the suits!! WHO DECIDED ON THOSE?? I HATE trying them on/wearing them/etc. Probably why I don't swim!! Hilarious.

Anyways, good luck getting into the Piates groove and rehabing! It's...Great to see that positive spirit again! It's hard to tell for sure without examining you myself, but, if you can tolerate hiking without pain, then it IS likely that you can run UPHILL on trails without damaging the joint.....Please be careful on the downhills and technical flats, though...you may have to stick with walking those (I would, anyway). Swimming and cycling should be OK, too (for the latter it is critical to have proper fit)...take on RBR's offer to ride with you--I can't, since I don't live in the area:(. that is impressive that you can do 25 laps on the first try in several years---maybe there is a "Iron JoLynn" somewhere in the future!! on trails, of course :) :)
Keep the spirit! Turns out, they don't kick you out of the community if you're a runner who doesn't happen to be running right now. Nice group that way.

With swimsuits, they are insane. I wear a 4, but usually like a 10 in swimsuits. Then my last one, I took an XS. Ev.

On pilates, I always found it to be like semi-napping and thinking about moving, and then after a couple months I had ab definition. I once signed up for 6 classes at a physical therapy place because of back pain I was having on the bike.

Well we love ya you know.
